I'm not new to the business, but new to the system. How do I get started?
1. Download and print the Recruiting Manual ONLY. This is the basis of the entire system and process. READ it (we recommend three times) starting with page 3. Attend the Wealth Master Team Partners Trainee conference call on Tuesday's at 3pm ET for the training calls.
2. Because you are a business builder and “at the top of YOUR heap”, you need to create your product and biz capture pages ASAP. Follow the instructions in the Capture Page Instruction Manual and the Biz Capture Page Instruction Manual found in the Recruiting Manual workbook.
3. Use the recommended suppliers by either going to the Star Achievers Team Yahoo Groups affiliate links or ask your mentor, the one who invited you to join STAR ACHIEVERS for their affiliate links.
4. Attend the weekly Breakfast of Champions call every Saturday at 10:00 am (ET) and invite your business builders, prospects and Shaklee friends to the call.
5. Work through the six (6) emails in the Recruiting Manual as if you are new to the business.
What do I do with current distributors when incorporating the SYSTEM?
Contact the current business builder, “old” distributor, “reverted” Assoc or Director. This may not be a fit for them and you are not asking if they are interested; but you are telling them what you are doing to expand your business. Call them and use this script:
“At one time you had an interest in building a business with me. I’m expanding my business using a system and process. Here’s how I do the business. Do you have a pen and paper handy? Go to www.YourBusinessDomainName That’s (repeat). You’ll watch a short video online. When do you plan to watch the video? I’ll call you back after you watch the video.” Follow up with the script on page 27 of the Recruiting Manual.
